Earth's Loss Is Heaven's Gain
May 4, 2013 Dear Bible-Based Fellowship Church Family: It is with great sadness that we share with you that our beloved pastor and founder, the Rev. Dr. Arthur T. Jones, has transitioned to glory. As you know, he has been fighting a battle with cancer since 2010. And, today, the Lord has called him home. Please keep the First Family in your prayers, and pray for our entire ministry as we mourn the loss of our great leader. As you can imagine, this is a difficult time for the First Family. The best way we can offer support is through prayer. Please refrain from telephone calls and visits at this time. Details about Pastor Jones’ homegoing services will follow soon, along with information about other church activities that will allow us to connect as a body. Today, we mourn our Earthly loss, but celebrate Heaven’s gain. Yours in Christ, Rev. Anthony White Bible-Based Fellowship Church

We ask each of you to continue praying for us as we navigate uncharted territory in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. For your viewing pleasure, we have available a COPY of the program for the Rev. Dr. Arthur T. Jones' Celebration of Life Service. May God Bless and Continue to Keep Each of You.
Local Outreach Efforts
First Saturday of every month the Local Outreach team is making an imprint on the Tampa Bay area. Special thanks to all those who came out to Trinity Café and helped serve hot meals to the homeless. Also, a special thanks to those who stayed home with the children of volunteers to allow the rest of the team a few hours to make a difference. On that day, the outreach team set records and experienced milestones. 24 members of Bible-Based Fellowship Church served 201 dinners to the homeless in a record time of 1 hour and 20 minutes (normally 2-2.5 hours). For the first time ever there were no left overs – typically we leave 30-40 dinners as left overs for Sunday, but not on that day. Never before have we seen the intensity of such need. Thanks to our local outreach team for allowing God to use them to make a difference! God is AWESOME!!!!
