Event Needs Checklist

Please list ALL items needed for your area, even if these items are easily accessible to you at the Church. Event prep team members will assist you Saturday, October 28th, with packing and locating all items.
If your items carry a cost, these items must be requested by October 15th to allow time for approval and processing. Not all items requested will be approved for purchase, so please be sure to have a "plan B" in case the items are not approved.
